I'm Chef Louis LeBeau and this here is our so called food taster
Sgt. Schultz.
(The problem with him as a taster is that there's nothing left after he's tasted
it! He claims that he's very thorough.)
What you will find here is my collection of recipes from all the cooking I have to do whenever Klink gets a visitor that he wants to impress. I also cook for the fellow prisoners in my barrack, but sometimes they just don't appreciate fine French cooking, even if it is done over a barrel stove with terrible equipment!
I am just getting set up here, so there's not much at the moment. All you will find now is a list of recipes, and there's not many to choose from yet.
